1. Operates and field checks process equipment by following company/local government EH&S policy. Monitor process conditions, equipment conditions and control systems to keep Latex process running smoothly.
2. Physically load/unload, pack & blend or monitor loading/unloading. Daily sample and test process material and products.
3. Uses troubleshooting skills to resolve process-related deviations and problems.
4. Initiate and take part in plant performance improvements works in such as production yield, conversion cost and equipment reliability.
5. Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
6. Understands and utilizes the Process Control system for optimal plant operation.
7. Per Operating Discipline perform tasks including preparation and return of equipment to\from maintenance, process quality analysis.
8. Resolve, record, report and investigate unplanned events linked to EH&S, quality, plant performance, and/or maintenance.
